At Richmond Knights we encourage our players to develop their skills and fitness through many different sports and activities. A good level of general cardio-vasular fitness is essential for any basketball player, so most Saturday mornings you can join coaches James Merchant (probably pushing Finley in a buggy!) and Matt Shurlock at one of the local 5km parkruns at Bushy ParkKingston, Old Deer Park or Richmond Park. Sign up for free, print out your personal barcode and come and take on the coaches (hint: James will be easier to beat than Matt, who is a seasoned Marathon runner!)
